INVOICES AND QUOTES
Windows...
On Windows you'll need to use extra 'Print as PDF' software to get the job
done. Many of our customers are using PDF995 which is free software and allows
you to Print an invoice or any other document as a PDF and send the PDF via
email. It's available from www.pdf995.com
MAC...
You can send Invoices and Quotes via email as PDFs on the Mac. (You can send
anything as a PDF on the Mac as this feature is built into the operating system)
Use the print button for the relevant invoice or quote and the Mac OSX Print
dialogue box appears. Select the 'PDF' button on the bottom left of this box
and then select ‘Mail PDF’ from the menu.
Clients email addresses (the currently selected contact is used) are copied
to the clipboard when creating new documents so that you can directly paste
it into your emails 'To:' field without having to go back and find it.
